“Broken doesn’t mean useless.”

The movie follows the journey of a child who, as he grows up, realizes the knowledge and way of thinking that his father gave him and uses it to achieve his goals and overcome obstacles. The narration is done through two parallel stories, one set in the past and the other in the present day.

In one case, we follow an astronaut in danger on a space station. In the other, we follow a child and his father as they go to watch the launch of NASA’s first manned mission. At the end, the connection between the two stories is revealed.
